Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2019

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit

2. Deposits

  • Deposits are required to secure appointments
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled (subject to notice period)

3. Refund Policy

  • All completed treatments are non-refundable
  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferable (subject to approval)

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The treatment is deemed unsuitable by our medical practitioner
  • Required by applicable laws

5. Package Expiry

  • Treatment packages must be used within the validity period stated at purchase
